I've lived in the Puget Sound area my entire life, including such areas as Wallingford, Magnolia, Burien, and currently Ballard. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, and my employment background incorporates experience in sales, customer service relations, and social work in women’s advocacy.

In 2009 I chose to pursue my real estate career in Seattle because I’m excited to be a part of one of the most thriving metropolises in the country. I believe Seattle is at the forefront of economic prosperity, attracting young and ambitious professionals seeking career opportunities, in a fun, progressive, not to mention BEAUTIFUL city. I've experienced the highs and lows of the ever changing real estate market, and I know how to guide my clients successfully through either economic climate.

I understand that buying or selling a home is a huge endeavor in anyone's life. There are many details that need proper management by an expert who understands the market and will strategize efficiently on their behalf. My goal is to provide top-notch customer service for all of my clients and help every single one feel taken care of, listened to, and advocated for.

I genuinely love where I live and what I do, and I believe my work ethic clearly reflects this. Therefore, when working with me, you'll have a genuine, dependable, and enthusiastic broker who will make every effort to guide you successfully through your home buying/selling journey. I look forward to speaking with you and getting started on the adventure!

"I found Andrea to be very knowledgeable about trends in Seattle’s housing market in Seattle, and well-acquainted with the attributes of each neighborhood and home that we visited. She was consistently generous with her time, and well-connected with other local professionals (e.g., lending agent, inspectors) that contributed in the home-purchasing process. These are all of course great qualities for a real estate agent, but the area where Andrea most excels is in her sincere effort to understand and support the unique home-buying interests and concerns of her clients. She was initially inquisitive about these and always perceptive, and provided a helpful and supportive second perspective at key points of ambivalence or indecision. All in all, I felt my interests were extremely well-understood and advocated for by her throughout the home-purchasing process. I would recommend her to prospective home buyers in Seattle without reservation."
