Danielle and Andrea both came to Lake & Company Real Estate back in 2009, Danielle coming from another local brokerage after five years in the industry, and Andrea starting out her real estate career at that time. After meeting in the office, they realized they shared similar business ethics and an overall vision. Then in 2012 - Seattle Home Savvy was born, the partnership branding that continues to thrive and grow in this ever changing real estate market!
They soon began to see that their referral-based business was growing with each year and they needed help! With great relief and appreciation they hired the wonderful Andi Broadus as their team coordinator. Andi helps with taking care of loose ends, being able to show homes, host fun open houses, and providing detailed weekly summaries to our clients to keep everyone on track, and much more!
Your choice to hire someone this team as your representatives brings more than their ability to market homes efficiently and aggressively negotiate contracts on your behalf. As Realtors®, members of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, and lifetime local Puget Sound natives, they always have our pulse on the market. You can trust in their knowledge of the ins and outs of Seattle residential real estate, as they take that responsibility very seriously.
With the fundamental vision behind their work, Danielle and Andrea continued to work together, combining forces to enhance their truly full-service approach for each client. All the while efficiently navigating them smoothly through the process of buying or selling, and being a reliable resource throughout the process (as well as long after the sale is complete).
Real estate isn't the only thing that binds this
group of ladies together, travel philanthropy, and community outreach are also at the forefront of their minds. Whether helping people in need over the holidays or getting their hands dirty abroad with building homes for families - this team is always exploring different ways to make a difference in the world around them!
